Taste of Tangi is a concept created by local restaurant owner Saul Rubio. The goal is to highlight the many top-of-the-line restaurants in Tangipahoa Parish. The second goal is to provide informational workshops and inspirational presentations for the local restaurant industry and the general public who enjoy the dining experience.
